Have You Heard of Our Walk-In Clinic?
We know how busy our patient’s lives can be, so we are happy to offer this fast and convenient service. Our aim is to keep the service approximately 7-10 minutes long.
Our walk-in clinic is perfect for general hearing aid cleanings, wax guard replacements, new receivers, new domes, new batteries, tubing changes, and more.
Not a patient with us?
No problem! New patients are welcome to use our walk-in clinic. The charge is only $25 for new patients and any patients outside their service period. All you do is give your hearing aids to the person at the front desk and notify them about any issues you are having with your devices. We take care of the rest!
No notice or phone call is required to use our walk-in clinic, all you need to do is show up during the designated times.
Purchased your hearing aids elsewhere?
No problem! New patients are always welcome. The charge is only $25 for new patients to drop off their hearing aids or make an appointment to have them serviced.
Patients are always welcome to drop off their hearing aids to be serviced. We know how busy our patients’ lives can be, and don’t always have the time to come into the office for a scheduled appointment. We are happy to offer the convenience of having the hearing aids dropped off. All you do is give your hearing aids to the person at the front desk and notify them about any issues you are having with your devices. We will call you when they can be picked up.
Have mobility concerns?
A companion is welcome to bring the devices in on your behalf.
Please note that this service is not for any adjustments or programming needs. In these cases, you will want to schedule a traditional appointment with one of our audiologists.
