They helped me navigate my insurance

I went to get new hearing aids from Dr. Reikowski. My old hearing aids were past their prime. My insurance plan was not accepted by my previous audiologist. Cardinal accepted my insurance and the secretary gave me all the paperwork filled out. I only had to sign the form and mail it to my insurance. A pleasure not to have to wonder if I was doing things properly. The doctor was very pleasant at our first meeting with general talk, also getting an idea of my hearing aids. The testing went smoothly and we decided on which hearing aid. After receiving them, I went back a week later for a follow-up with a list of comments and questions. He gave good feedback on all my concerns or comments. I have a follow-up in a month. A very good experience with Cardinal Hearing Center.

This truly has been an amazing experience. Dr. Reikowski completed a thorough assessment of my hearing needs and made recommendations to perfectly fit my needs. Thankfully I followed his recommendations on getting both hearing aids instead of just one for the worse ear. Something that I thought was so little turned into something huge and truly life changing. I am only 55 and was tired of not being able to hear completely what's going on around me, turning the TV volume up, and not hearing my friends' and clients' entire sentences. If you're thinking about it, do it! No regrets. Worth every penny. More like priceless, to me!

The little things in life can be so big. A patient, on her 1st-week checkup, wearing her new digital hearing aids, shared hearing many new sounds, including hearing the sound of her turn signal while driving. For years, she had forgotten that the turn signal makes a clicking sound. This reinforced how many things she had been missing. She looks forward to sharing more new sounds when she returns for her second visit.

She loves her new hearing aids and is so pleased she made the decision to improve her hearing! It gives us great pleasure to be able to help people to hear better!

Wow, I hadn’t heard that before. This patient could finally hear himself while he was peeling an apple, after being fit with his new hearing aids. He had to smile and say that he was so surprised to know that he heard the knife cutting the apple. His new digital hearing aids were working great. He realized how important his hearing is and looks forward to hearing “new and/or forgotten sounds”! He was pleased to report that his new hearing aids have surpassed his wildest expectations!

I can hear down the hall at work. Speech is finally sounding clear and precise. I am even hearing myself moving and my pants as I walk. I’m amazed at the new sounds. Coworkers can talk to me from a distance and even speak from around the corner. Hearing in restaurants and a visit to a local art show was a wonderful experience. I feel comfortable everywhere. This is pretty great!”
